We use strictly higher quality SI1, and predominantly VS1 fine make diamonds in the jewelry marked "Dream of Gems." That goes for primary stones AND accent stones! All natural mined colored stones are typically VS clarity or better. We disclose whatever is known about the stones' treatments, if any, and advise you as to proper care of your gems. Each stone is individually examined and matched, when color- or size-matching is required. You will find a lot of pride behind each finished jewelry item. Our own items are assembled by long-established local diamond jewelers and examined in detail, ensuring that the fit, finish and settings are just right.
If we feature a laboratory-grown equivalent gem, the words "Lab-Grown" will be the first words in the product's title, to alleviate any confusion about the origin of the gem. For example, a near-gem-quality, or gem-quality lab-grown ruby, sapphire or emerald gives you superior clarity and color and the same chemical, optical and durability properties of the natural-mined gem by the same name, at a fraction of the cost. So for those whose interest is in the color and clarity, rather than the rarity, of the gem, these lab-grown equivalents offer many benefits.
Items in our catalog are either stocked for immediate shipment or typically available within two business days. The "Mfr/Shipping Information" field on each product information page will give you a more accurate idea of ship times. In the rare event we find an item is not available within a day or two of your order, we will offer a complete immediate refund or advise you of the available date, if you care to wait.
